Window repair & Restoration

Picture
Conklin Office Furniture, 56 Canal St., Holyoke:  Upper floors of the center front entry restored.  500 wavy glass panes reset in strengthened sashes.

HOW SAVING ORIGINALS IS CHEAPER THAN REPLACEMENTS:
  1.  We repair original window sashes at less than the cost of a      average replacement units.
  2.  Costly rental of mechanical lifts is not required because sashes are removed from the inside.  Temporary weather-barriers protect the building.
3.  Owners eliminate expensive trucking and landfill charges for waste disposal.
4.  Owners can work on their own schedule without having to purchase in bulk quantities, often eliminating borrowing and interest charges.
5.  Example:  An average 15 square foot, 6-over-6 historically similar fiberglass or aluminum-clad replacement might cost $3,000 not including waste disposal fees for the old sash.   Our price will be less than half of that.  Our prices are very affordable based on the regularity and quantity of windows you need over time,  Call us.
